Cucumber Salad
Serves 1 person
Ingredients:
- 1 whole English cucumber
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 clove of garlic
- ¼ cup fresh dill
- ¼ cup red onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Use a mandolin to slice an English cucumber.
