Why should I plan my meals?

If you haven’t tried planning your meals ahead of time, this will be a game changer for you! Here’s why I swear by meal planning:

  • Time savings: No more panicking at 4:00 pm for dinner. With a meal plan, you know exactly what’s on the menu, what you need, and how long it takes to cook.
  • Saving money: Prepare to be amazed: meal planning does wonders for your wallet. When you organize your shopping list for the week, you’ll easily spot opportunities to buy in bulk and creatively repurpose leftovers for future meals. It’s a smart approach that keeps more money in your pocket.
  • Goodbye takeaway: When meals are planned and groceries are stocked, you are less likely to go to the drive-thru. That means more savings and healthier eating. Everyone wins!

This weekly meal plan always comes with a printable shopping list, measured and ready to go! Makes things so easy!

Leftover Storage

I only meal plan Monday through Friday because sometimes we have plans for the weekend or I have leftovers we can have to finish the week! If you have leftovers, be sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
