In a medium bowl, toss shrimp with 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning and garlic powder.

In a Dutch oven or deep skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
