  • 1 cup coarse or fine flattened rice (aval/poha)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup jaggery, grated or powdered
  • 2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter) (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (cashews, almonds)
