Ingredients:
- 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- ½ cup shredded colby cheese
- ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions:
- In a food processor or blender, add the cottage cheese, taco seasoning, Colby cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Process until smooth and uniform.
- Remove the mixture from the food processor or blender and place in a microwave-safe bowl.
